Bobby Lee is a High Voltage Reliability General Technician in ESM, where he and his team work to maintain the power distribution equipment for each unit. He began his career at Logan Aluminum in 2017 working as a GT in DC4. Bobby said he decided to join the team at Logan because of our excellent reputation, stability, and opportunities for growth.
Bobby is a master electrician and has experience working in electrical construction and maintenance. A Muhlenberg County native, he taught Electrical Tech at Muhlenberg County High School for eight years.
“I hired in as a GT in DC3 before moving into High Voltage after three years. I’ve had the chance to work with different departments with safety and training. I’m proud of being able to have an impact and learn and grow from everyone I’ve worked with in the different areas”, Bobby said.
Bobby finds joy in training other team members. He looks forward to learning, improving, and growing in his career, while also helping others achieve their career goals. His advice for new and future team members is to have a good work ethic, learn everything you can, and always say yes when someone asks for help.
Bobby and his wife, Lashawnda, live in Lewisburg, KY. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing disc golf.
